Recab employees are trained according to IPC-610 Class 3 and IPC-620 Class 3 Workmanship Standards. Our operators undergo continual re-training to stay updated with changes in the standard and ensure products function to your specifications. We have incorporated our training programs into our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, which is approved by Tier 1 Defense Companies. Our assembly and test procedures also undergo strict revision control.
In addition, Recab utilizes Lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen and uses 8D problem solving tools. We work with you to meet specialized standards or customer mandated quality requirements.
